RFP
Yamhill Community Action Partnership- Request for Proposals are due 5 pm on March 27, 2026. YCAP is seeking a provider for Managed IT Services. The intention of this RFP is to solicit responses and formal proposals from qualified Managed IT Services Providers (MSPs) and select a single organization to provide IT services for all YCAP facilities. The provider being selected through this request for proposal will enter into an agreement with the Yamhill Community Action Partnership (YCAP) to provide Managed IT Services. The full RFP with scope of work and attachments with required responses is available here. Finalists will be notified on April 17, 2026 with a presentation from finalists scheduled for May 8, 2026. Award Announcements will be made by 5 pm on May 27, 2026.
