· a shut-off notice is NOT required to apply for bill assistance
· during PGE’s transition to a new system, bills are still accumulating

or 503-687-1480 to receive an application by mail

-  LIHEAP –  Applications available until funding exhausted

Applications available until funding exhausted

(Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program)
Households interested in applying will be placed on a referral list and notified by mail with an application packet during funding availability. Individuals requiring additional assistance with the application may call 503-687-1483 to request an appointment. This program is available to customers that meet the income guidelines. Assistance may be directed to the primary heat source in the home.

Appointments available  

(Oregon Energy Assistance Program) is for PGE customers only.   
Appointments are available weekly. To request an appointment, please call 503-687-1483 to leave a voicemail for call back, no earlier than 8:00 AM beginning on Mondays. Calls are processed first come, first served. Please be available to receive this call back because the scheduler will continue on with other households. OEAP qualifying criteria includes income eligibility.
